Chicken Tikka

150 ml (1/4 pint) natural yoghurt
1 tbs lemon juice
2 tsp Schwartz Chili Powder Mild
2 tsp Schwartz Paprika
1/4 tsp Schwartz Garlic Granules
1/4 tsp Schwartz Cumin Ground
1/4 tsp salt
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Combine all the ingredients, except the chicken, in a bowl and
mix well.
Stir in the chicken, cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or overnight.
Thread the chicken onto skewers and grill turning frequently, until
the chicken is cooked and slightly charred. Great as a starter for
any Indian meal or as a snack.
Makes 4 servings.
