Summer Cider Cup
Serves: 8
Ingredients:
1 tray of ice cubes
grated zest of 2 lemons
1.2 litres (2 pints) cider
600ml (1 pint) soda water
1 tablespoon brandy
1 tablespoon Curacao
1 tablespoon Kirsch
Place the ice cubes in a large jug. Add all the remaining
ingredients, mix well and serve immediately.
