Tangy Tomato Cocktail
This makes a refreshing aperitif for a barbecue cook-out.
Ingredients:
600ml (1 pint) tomato juice
300ml (1/2 pint) fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons caster sugar
1/2 teaspoon English mustard
pinch of salt
pinch of freshly ground black pepper
Place all of the ingredients into a liquidiser and blend
for 20 seconds or so. Chill well before serving.
