Grilled Mackerel



Smoked mackerel fillets
1 Lemon
A few sprigs of rosemary
Olive oil

 



Very simple - Juice the lemon and mix with the rosemary leaves (removed from stem) and olive oil to make a dressing,

 

 

 



Now grill for a few minutes each side.

 



And periodically spoon some of the dressing onto the fish.

 

 

 



Turn the fish when the underside starts to look like the above.

 



When finished, the fish should look as above.
